Review: Sisterland by Curtis Sittenfeld

 Sisterland by  Curtis Sittenfeld Book Dedication: Rating ⭐⭐⭐/5 This is a bad book, for me. If asked for my favourite book, this one would probably be up there, along with two others. Although it counts as a favourite of mine, I can't help but to think that this book is annoyingly bland. The main character is boring. It's as simple as that. I would have probably preferred her sister as the mc, but even then, the book could not be saved. Majority of the characters in this story were quite irritating. The main character and her husband were equally as irritating though. Imagine writing a book about twin sisters who are psychic and fumbling so badly. I'm sorry, but Kate (the main character), irritated me so much. She was such a boring character. And the distaste she held towards her sister was crazy to me. Violet, her sister, embraced her visions, whereas Kate distanced herself from it. Following this story from Kate's perspective was mindnumbing and an absolute drag. Let...
